The Global Women Leadership Summit (GWLS) 2026 will bring together women leaders, policymakers, executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, development partners, professionals, academics, investors, and changemakers from Africa and beyond for two days of leadership, learning, connection, and collaboration.
Under the theme “Leading with Purpose: Accelerating Women’s Leadership for a Sustainable Future,” the Summit will explore how purposeful leadership can drive innovation, strengthen institutions, advance inclusive economic growth, and inspire collaborative solutions to pressing global challenges.
The programme will focus on women’s leadership and governance, economic empowerment and entrepreneurship, technology and digital transformation, health and well-being, education and skills development, women’s rights and social change, and climate action and sustainable development. Through high-level dialogue, practical learning, networking, mentorship, and strategic partnerships, delegates will gain knowledge, connections, and opportunities to strengthen their leadership capacity and create measurable impact.
